Family Pictures...Horray...

So while we were hunting for the perfect tree on the mountain, we exchanged paths with a momma bear and her cub. Scary right!!! But nothing happened, our kids were far enough out of the way, and the momma bear and her cub just ran away up the mountain...thank goodness!

Christmas Tree Trip

Well it was time for our annual Christmas Tree Cutting trip. It gets more and more interesting the more kids we add. It seems that I am either pregnant, or have a baby in my arms...but I can see the older kids are getting more into it! This year, it was warm enough to have a little fun in the snow! FINALLY!

So my sister in law had some skirts made for our little girls...they are absolutely adorable. Then she planned a day for the girls to have some pictures taken. I am SERIOUS...they are absolutely adorable. We got some really great shots!!!

Halloween was fun this year...everyone had costumes that looked adorable...and fit their personalities to a "T"! Kate was a sassy cat, Abram was a race car driver, and Presley was a pumpkin.
I took them to have their picture taken this year so that we could send out some pictures to our family.

Swimming...last night on vacation!

So we on our way home from AZ we stayed the night in Vegas. It was still about 102 at around 8 at night so we went swimming. So much fun...

SLUGS!!!

Yeah...can you say they caught some slugs! One night we had all our family over and it had just rained. The warm, moist air brought out tons of slugs...so the kiddos decided to collect some. Ultimately they had about two dozen slugs in a bucket. They were so excited!

The bubbles...so fun!

While in Cottonwood we went to the river in Sedona. My family has a lot of history in Oak Creek Canyon and we are able to go play in the water in some private areas that are sooo pretty. The bubbles are a place I would go as a kid and play at...now my kids get to play there also. Pretty cool if you ask me!

Family trip to museum...

On our vacation this year we went to Cedar City for Kevin's family reunion. Then we stayed in St. George for a night and then drove to Cottonwood to see my family. While in St. George we went to a wildlife museum. Let me tell you...we are a little bit "white trash"! The museum was full of taxidermed animals. Yeah...that is what we spent our money on...looking at a bunch of stuffed animals....what can I say---that is how we roll!

Pretty Little Dancer

Kate has been in ballet/tap this year at Nevada Dance Academy. At the end of the year (June) the dance school puts on a HUGE performance. Kate had so much fun with her little tap number. I can't wait until she goes back when school starts...my little dance makes her momma very proud! Isn't she sooo adorable!

Kate's First Crush...she is 4...

This is the boy that has captured my four year old daughter's heart. He has a lot of explaining to do to a BIG daddy! Hahaha! So Kate is now singing about Justin in the shower and wants me to take her to his concert to "watch him sing and stuff". What the heck have I got myself into...cracks me up. And the FUN begins!

Aren't they getting so big! I freak myself out...I can't believe I have three kids! I am so grateful for my ever expanding family.

Family Vacation to Six Flags

This year we decided to buy season passes to Six Flags. We figured that the kids are old enough to have fun there, and it is close enough that we won't have to spend a fortune to go there. Since I don't want to go to Disneyland yet, this is the next best thing. We had so much fun. The weather was perfect (unlike Reno) + we had few melt downs= priceless vacation for us! We look forward to spending a few more summer weekends there!

Kate has done it...she graduated from preschool. She had so much fun with her preschool class and she can't wait to go to kindergarten. Neither can I!!!

Liam and Presley...the newest two added to the fam!

I was able to go to Arizona for a long weekend in May and met my newest nephew...Liam. He is an absolute cutie...and I love him so much. He is six days older than PJ, but is such a big guy! I was able to spend a few days with Liam and his mommy and my brother. I love them so much and wish I could be closer!

Horseback Riding for Kate!

Kate was invited to ride horses at a family friends house. At first she was a little timid, but with some positive reinforcement and persuasion she was brave enough to get on and enjoy herself! Abram on the other hand wouldn't even consider the idea...oh well...better luck next time! I still called him a chicken though (tough love)!
